We have just completed a refinance of our mortgage with your company.  Mr. Kromberg handled our application process from the beginning and I believe firmly in commending exceptional performance.
From the beginning Rob was most helpful, we had previously worked with another mortgage company on refinance of our mortgage only to discover at the last minute that they failed to identify that our original mortgage had seller paid mortgage insurance.  To them that was a "show stopper".  When I was discussing this, on the phone, with Rob he rather quickly ascertained that the way the PMI was set up had been such that the refinance under HARP2.0 could occur.  Further he investigated Fanny Mae and obtained their appraisal value and confirmed again that the PMI was not an issue.

He evaluated our submitted documents and suggested several options for our refinancing transaction.  In my opinion his work was precise and thorough  (as contrasted with the mortgage consultant from the previous company).  He clearly delineated ALL costs and clearly outlined all of our options.

In all interactions we found him to be prompt, accurate and thorough.  His communiques were clear and accurate.

Finally, when we first were looking at using Weslend, I searched the internet for reviews as well as checking with BBB.  Your BBB rating was a major determining factor in our decision to proceed with your company.  I would say that many of the reviews on the internet were obviously placed by persons not have a clear understanding of how mortgages work.  I felt that essentially all of the negative reviews I read were totally off the mark!!  We have purchased 5 or 6 houses over the past many years and refinanced at least once previously, we have never dealt with a more efficient company than Weslend.

I've heard Lenox's commercial for years on the radio and recently applied for a loan with "You Guys" utilizing the "HARP 2.0".  I was always hopeful that at sometime some type of program would come along that would benefit us.  We "were" one of the many;  Upside down with our house, watching our dollars shrink and not going as far as they once did and hoping for an opportunity for some type of financial respite.   

I made the call and through my good fortune Your representative Mike Rael took "our case".  I'm sure that all Your employees are professional and knowledgeable. However, Mike's performance throughout this long and arduous process is nothing short of AWESOME!  Investing a little time on the phone while providing some information, with finger's crossed (despite Mike's assurance that We were "locked" in) We were on our way.  

I've worked through re-fi's in my past having owned 3 homes over the years but this one was the most grueling of them all through NO fault of Mike or Lenox Financial. One of our creditors was extremely difficult, problematic and seemingly indifferent to work with which required several extensions of the loan lock date. 

Today I was notified by Mike and his very competent and able associate Van Ngyuen that our loan was finally funded!  What a team! What an asset those two are!  Between the two of them, their efforts, actions and tenacity are what brought us to this successful conclusion.  

You might want to know that I tried "Paramount" first and was not impressed with the agent that was attempting to start the process.  After about 5 minutes, I was convinced that She had wasn't knowledgeable  or experienced.  Then I called and got Mike!  Excellent service on all levels.  Every turn (and there were many!) and every step of the way, I knew "He had my back". The both of them continually went "above and beyond".  I swear they don't sleep or eat and must work 18 hour days!  I just wanted to let You know! 

I will be sure to recommend Lenox to any of my associates, friends or family!
