Payment Methods

Lenox Financial Mortgage Corporation dba WesLend Financial provides the following payment methods:

  • Monthly Statements – Remittance coupons will be mailed after each of your prior month’s payment is received.
  • Telephone Payments – One time debit from designated checking account will be applied to your monthly loan payment.
  • Online Payments – Click the Access and/or Pay Your Loan Online to make a recurring payment or to pay your monthly amount.

Note: We do not provide verbal payoff figures. All payoff and VOM requests must be in writing and include the borrower authorization. We also offer payoff requests online.

Pursuant to the Real Estate Procedures Settlement Act (RESPA), a “Qualified Written Request” regarding the servicing of your loan must be sent to this address: Lenox Financial Mortgage Corporation dba WesLend Financial, Attn: Loan Servicing Department, 200 E. Sandpointe Ave., 8th Floor, Santa Ana, CA 92707. A “qualified written request” is written correspondence, other than notice on a payment coupon or statement, which includes your name, account number and the reason(s) for the request.

Important Information:

  • If you do not receive a monthly statement, DO NOT DELAY PAYMENT. Please write your loan number on your check and mail it to the attention of Loan Servicing (See Contact Information). Do not send cash.
  • Please designate how you would like funds in excess of your regularly schedule payment to be applied. If instructions are not provided, we will apply excess funds to reduce an interest payable, fees outstanding and then the principal balance of your loan, provided your loan is current.
  • If you use bill pay with your financial institution, please make sure you allow adequate time for your institution to prepare and mail the payments to us.

Notice of Negative Information:

We may report information about your account to the Credit Bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, other defaults or bankruptcy filing on your account may be reflected in your credit report.

Late Charges and Overdraft Fees:

  • Payment is due on the 1st of the month. Payment received and posted after the grace period will be assessed late charges in accordance to your note. Please allow adequate time for postal delays.
  • If payment is credited to your account and subsequently returned by your bank, the payment will be reversed from your account. A returned check fee $15 – $25, depending on applicable state law may be assessed. In addition, you may be subject to late charges.

Home Owner Counseling Notice:

If your loan is delinquent, you are entitled to receive homeownership counseling from an agency approved by the United State Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). A list of the HUD-approved, non-profit homeownership counseling agencies may be downloaded from the Internet at: http//hud.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/hcc/hccprof14.cfm or by calling the HUD toll free number 1-800-569-4287 (toll fee TDD number 1-800-877-8339) to obtain a list of approved nonprofit agencies servicing your residential area.
